Stationary Bike
A Stationary bike is excellent exercising equipment that will help you in working out without putting much pressure on the knee. Since the knee bears the burden of the entire body so while doing workout, pressure increases on the knee. Therefore, a stationary bike is an excellent alternative to the treadmill where the entire body weight falls on the knee.
Elliptical
You can start exercising on an elliptical after your knee has adjusted itself to some workout sessions.
